Medic! 911th ASTS and 911th AES train in tactical combat care

— Airmen attached to the 911th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, 911th Aeromedical Staging Squadron and the Royal Air Force Leuchars, Scotland all joined together at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania for tactical combat care training in a combat simulation. The beginning of the week was spent in class learning the skills needed in a variety of combat situations and to be put into practice later on. In the end the Airmen had the opportunity to use mechanical mannequins which simulated breathing, bleeding and most major signs of life for their simulation.
